These organizations also need to avail the expertise of technical professional from across the globe to be market- competitive. Virtual teams could be an optimum option for these mining organizations. This study aims to highlight the advantages associated with virtual teams in mining sector of Pakistan. For this purpose a questionnaire based survey from mining professionals, researchers and mine owners was conducted. The respondents were asked to respond 20 questions related to the advantages associated with virtual teams on a 5-point Likert scale. Test statistics such as arithmetic mean, median, maximum value, minimum value, skewness and kurtosis were used to analyze the responses. Analysis revealed that top five advantages associated with virtual teams in mining sector of Pakistan are offering dynamic team membership, high degree of cohesion, ability to digitally or electronically unit technical experts from across the globe, cost reduction, and overcoming the geographical and time limitations.<#LINE#>Lipnack, J., & Stamps, J. It is obvious that the stability and progress of an organization in relation to goal achievement are determined by the processes followed in handling and managing affairs in an organization, and management operates in line with and in pursuance of an organization targeted goals. This study examined the process of efficient management in an organization. It identified the goals of an organization and also, investigated the important of efficient management in the smoothly functioning of an organization leading to goal achievement. The study used quantitative and qualitative methods. Efficient management as found out is carried out under social, integrated and continuous processes in an organization. It also found that efficient management well developed is important to goal achievement in an organization. Social Media networking is playing great role in promoting the proliferation of communication. &grave;Reliance JIO&apos; has made each and everyone to access internet in their smart phone. Students are busy in searching Internet and are less aware of their social surroundings, missing new social interactions. The danger is that many people do not know when to turn off their Internet. As I have conducted a research on the effect of internet on the development of students, it revealed many facts that, Internet has made the Globe as a single platform and it has increased the scope for new educational as well as Employment opportunities for the students.
