Data was collected 2 ways: first, study review from empirical articles on green human resource management and sustainable development led to Framework 1, second, unstructured interview from 19 academic and industrial experts resulted in Framework 2. The collected data was analyzed by meta-synthesis and thematic method, using MAXQDA software. Based on framework 1 and 2,was presented final conceptual Framework with 3 major themes, including Effective variables, Green human resource management variables, Sustainable variables, as well as10 secondary themes, were identified for this paper. Researchers calculated the reliability by the “HOLSTI’s method”: it was 85%.<#LINE#>Mehta K. and Chugan P.K. In doing this, the paper examined the rate of returns on selected stocks investment and property investment. It further carried out an evaluation of the correlation between returns on both investments. The purposive sampling technique was adopted while both descriptive and inferential statistical techniques such as coefficient of variation, mean, standard deviation, analysis of variance were applied to the two classes of investment. The study reveals highest average returns of 5.22% and 7.36% and lowest of 3.43% - 3.05% for 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom respectively, which varies according to location in the study area, while the returns on selected stock when compared with the return on residential properties on the basis of average return and risk return performed better. Therefore to achieve optimum returns on investment in real property, professional guidance is required by prospective investors.<#LINE#>Kuye G.O. However, in ICICI bank, there is a negative correlation between the Gross NPA and The Net Profit and The Net NPA and The Net Profit but then it is not significant. In sector-wise NPAs, The agriculture sector, as well as the personal loans sector, was significant lowers in ICICI bank when compared to PNB bank. Though the industry sector and the services sector is comparable among PNB bank and ICICI bank. The outstanding amount is lower in ICICI bank as compared to PNB bank; this is a very positive sign for ICICI bank. The amount of NPAs in ICICI bank is lessen then PNB bank, because of their effective NPA management. The amount of NPA is reasonably lower in ICICI bank when compare with PNB bank.
