Body Mass Index values were calculated for 96 participants from a total of 112 health workers (participation rate 86%.The habits of adequate and balanced nutrition and physical activity were questioned via questionnaire which prepared by researchers. Chi-square test and t-test were used for statistical analyses. It has been determined that the frequency of overweight and obesity in men is significantly higher than that of women (p<0.001).
