The research questions and hypotheses were tested at 95% confidence interval to guide the conduct of the study. The sample for the study consisted of 100 students (adolescent girls) from three graduate colleges from Bhilai City district. The instrument adopted for the study was HSPQ standardized questionnaire. This was validated by expert in the field of measurement and evaluation; the reliability was established using the test re-test method and the reliability coefficient and the reliability indices for all fourteen personality factors were obtained respectively. The data collected were analyzed using the mean (x) and standard deviation (SD) to answer the research question. Positive correlations were found for the personality traits conscientiousness, sentiments, and super ego and for the character strengths self sufficient, shy, perspective and open-mindedness. The results partly supported the hypotheses as well as extended the knowledge about what factors contribute to decision making. This analysis will be useful for the researchers, clothing traders as well as decision makers for taking informed decisions and for further study.<#LINE#>Balakrishnamurthy C. and A. It influences the belief through which value system is developed. Value system helps to remodel society by making a person able to take rational decisions as Human values are crucial driver of their behavior. Previously education was a means used to show a specific way of life to the students and social control was the motive rather an instrument of social change. Modern educational may be helping to earn huge salary but do not place much emphasis upon transforming a way of life of the students. The present education pattern is more specific with a narrow dimension and falls short of concern for the cosmos. Thus this paper aims to suggest the importance of including sustainability as a subject with the study curriculum irrespective of school, college or professional institute whether technical or non technical.<#LINE#>Turner Rochelle (2015).@World Travel and Tourism council.@Economic Impact 2015, Ministry of Tourism, Techsci Research till November 2015, 1-10.@No$Chakraborty A. and Sarkar S. The developing countries like India, faces big problems in the health care and these problems are quite solemn in the rural areas ,where the treatment expenses is high, less equipment’s and unavailability of skilled doctors. With the help of electronic media reports, looking at the given doctor\'s prescription for a particular disease, a doctor can help a patient to cure from the disease in fewer trials or even in the first visit. In this paper, we analyze and reveal the benefits of Big Data Analytics for rural masses, in the applications of Healthcare and agriculture business, where the data flow to and from is in massive volume, by using the method called Hadoop. Also, National Rural Comprehensive Information Service Platform provides agriculture product markets and agriculture technology information services directly to the farmers and solves last minute problems in rural and agriculture information.<#LINE#>Loebbecke Claudia and Picot Arnold (2015).@Reflections on societal and business model transformation arising from digitization and big data analytics: A research agenda.@Journal of Strategic Information Systems, 24(3), 149-157.@Yes$Kumar Muni N. and Manjula R.
