One of the factors related to this may be the quality of teachers in the institutions. The education has become dynamic with new innovations in processes, products and approaches. This fast changing pace in education has made the Human Resource Development Practices like Appraisal of Performance, Training & Management of Knowledge very crucial as are directly related to contents and practices of education system. This paper takes one of the factor i.e. performance appraisal to study. The engineering teachers are asked to assess the existing performance appraisal practices in their institutions through the closed ended structured questionnaire. The sample was draw through the convenient sampling. For data collection 5 scale likert scale is used. The analysis is done through percentage and the presentation is carried out using pie chart. The findings highlight that the assessment is on negative side. The overall findings suggest that the institutions must pay attention to performance appraisal practices and use it as an important Human Resource Development Tool.<#LINE#>Anonyms (2017).@Band Honge 221 Takniki Sansthan.@Patrika Xpose. http,//epaper.patrika.com /1126700/Raipur-Patrika/Raipur-Patrika-News@No$Devika S. To cope up with the level of competition all the business houses require to learn about their buyers in and out. Here CRM proves to be an important tool in enhancing the competitiveness of the organizations. The objective of CRM is to maintain a database wherein all the details of customers is collected and extended into a databank as a valuable asset. India is witnessing a breakaway in the buying pattern of today’s consumers thereby altering the whole shopping scenario. This has affected Raipur city also. CRM is built on the philosophy of relationship marketing that aims to create, retain and develop relationships with the customers. To withstand the prevailing competition, a business organization will have to take up “Quality and Customer Satisfaction” as the important dimension. Thus, the work undertaken here is with the objective to explore whether CRM strategies are an effective tool for satisfying customers and retaining them with special reference to Pantaloons, Fbb and Max – the outlets in Ambuja Mall (the organized retail sector) in Raipur city.<#LINE#>Kumar A. The purpose of this paper is to identify some future research issues of the determinants of behavioural finance in correlation to investment strategies and management. The research is based on searching keywords in database in Google Scholar, Elsevier and Emerald on the basis of number of publications and times cited for the respective factor to measure the contributions of active researchers. Considering behavioural finance as emerging area of research in relation with investment strategies many researchers are contributing, making it a significant field of study considering specific determinant. This paper highlights with limited number of literature survey that there is considerable impact of determinants on decision making and need to be studied in depth. Most of the model formulated for analysis purpose in the literatures so far reviewed has some limitations to justify every behavioural factor and variables. Research related to factors which have association with varying time like time varying aggregate risk and variation in return is to be analysed. Finally, this paper will draw unique conclusions across behavioural finance and hypothesise about which determinants within the scope of behavioural finance are likely to yield most influencing research in the near future.<#LINE#>Vieira E.F. and Pereira M.S.
