To achieve this objective, performance of services sector companies from BSE 30 index were scrutinized by analyzing their quarterly moving data for duration from January 2006 till December 2013, for the possible change in relationship between stock prices and financial performance. Sales, net profit, gross profit, earning per share, return on equity, gross profit margin, return on assets and average share price were taken as independent variables for study. Share price was taken as dependent variable which represents stock market. Predictive regression models were developed to analyze the change in relationship between stock prices and financial performance, probably due to financial crisis.<#LINE#>Mitton T. In the era of intense conflict between Civilization Vs. Culture, Modernity Vs. Tradition and Technology Vs. Humanity, there is a need to understand the basic tenets of personality as reflected in the context of Globalization. Personality development needs to be understood as a qualitative and quantitative dimension, rather than a subjective and relative concept. This paper attempts to draw teachings from Indian traditional values and heritage in the development of a comprehensive personality. The Eight dimensions (8 is a number which symbolizes Reflection, Infinity and Growth, apart from its numerous traditional interpretations) of an integrated personality as defined by Indian values are, Health, Humanity, Happiness, Harmony, Hygiene, Honor, Humility and Honesty. The paper attempts to explore the possibilities of integrating the concept into management education through informal means of experiential learning, as it can only be practiced and realized, rather than through formal conventional methods of teaching and learning. Some doctors seem more successful in building trust and satisfying relationship with their patients as compared to others. Emotional self- awareness and emotional regulation, two important facets of emotional intelligence competencies may account for this variation. While emotional awareness is an individual’s ability to recognize one’s own feelings and emotions and to distinguish among them; emotional regulation is the capacity to modulate these emotions and use this information to guide one\\\'s thoughts and intended behaviour. Majority of complaints about doctors relate to poor communication and behaviour, and not clinical competence. These emotional competencies can possibly fill this gap as an ability to read and manage patient’s emotions. It can improve communication and behavior which might enhance the patient-doctor relationship, resulting into increased level of patient satisfaction. The present paper empirically explores the relationship between doctor’s emotional awareness and regulation competencies and patient satisfaction as perceived by the patients with the help of correlation and regression analysis.<#LINE#>Di Blasi Z.D., Harkness E. and Ernst E. et al. It is stated that Weak Form of Efficient Market Hypothesis explains that historical price quotations of a security or index does not add value to the investors, as this type of information is reflected in the current price quotations of the security or index. Resultantly, all trading rules, tools and techniques of Technical Analysis developed based on historical information are of no use to predict the market. This rejects the usefulness of Technical Analysis. On the other hand, if their exist no Weak Form of Market Efficiency, it means future price movements can be determined by the information embedded in historical price series, consequently, Technical Analysis can be applied to determine the future share prices. The present study explored the application and importance of Technical Analysis in CNX IT Index constituents select companies of Indian Stock Market. For this, Efficiency of Weak Form of Market was tested by taking stock returns calculated on daily basis for the CNX IT Index constituent companies from April 2009 to March 2015, i.e., 7 years. Descriptive Statistics as well as One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov (KS) Test were applied to check the normality. In the earlier days, public sector banks were functioning in the protected environment. Now, to beat one another, service providers in the banking industry use new applications into banking services in every coming day. Consequently, quality of services becomes the focal point for the customers due to rise in their expectations. Therefore, it is now clear that, the quality of service will be the yardstick, in the coming days, to figure out the best banking sector out of the average one. In this regard, this study has been undertaken to understand the satisfaction level of customers and examine the various dimensions of the awareness with regard to the services provided by nationalized banks of India. Questionnaire based on Likert’s five point scale has been used to collect the information for this study. Analysis has been done by using SPSS. The outcome of the research revealed that there are significant differences in the satisfaction level and dimensions of awareness of customers of nationalized banks in terms of services provided by them.<#LINE#>Gopal K.S. Organizational Commitment is a part of white or blue collar’s commitment, which is sum total of Commitment of Career, job Commitment, and Commitment of Organization. Commitment of organization is important for efficiency of employees, excellence and best output of an organization. The work settings where a person carries out its routine work, the behavior his boss does with him and subordinates, the relationship between colleagues and even the relationship with vendors and end users and other stake holders, all these elements are highlighting the Organizational Climate. Organizational climate is created by the organization in a broad sense having communication with each other, of the organizational mechanisms, namely organizational culture, organizational structure, processes and system, leadership behaviour and emotional needs of the members of the organization. This is an empirical study which aims at measuring level of organisational commitment and organisational climate in banks. For the study, sample size was 100 and z test was applied for data analysis.<#LINE#>Mowday R.T., Steers R.M. and Porter L.W. Its impact is not only restricted to just providing information to the users but with an immense development in E-commerce, now the user can perform all the commercial transactions just on one click. It has been observed that there has been substantial increase in the number of online stores and websites with shopping facility are available to the customers. These include not only the Indian players like Flipkart, Snapdeal, IRCTC and Paytm but also the global players like Amazon and EBay. In this paper, I have tried to incorporate some important researches conducted in the area of online buying which helps to understand the conceptual framework of consumers’ behaviour towards online shopping sites. These researches covering the various factors which influence the online buying, also helps to understand how the demographic variables, geographic locations and time frame affects the outcome of the study and lead to change in the trend of consumers’ expectations.<#LINE#>Statistica. Human Resources are considered as a human capital in the modern times. The plentiful physical resources cannot contribute the growth of the any country without talking about human resources, which converts physical resources into productive resources. Therefore, the difference in the level of economic growth of the countries is mostly a outcome of the differences in quality of their human resources. Those who understand HRD in its true sense are increasingly getting concerned with developing a HRD climate in their organizational setup. They have been using concepts of performance appraisals, job rotation, team development, potential appraisal, training and such other mechanisms.<#LINE#>Venkateswaran Sai K. P. The job satisfaction and dissatisfaction depends on the nature of job and also on the expectation from their job. Therefore, it is a function of the intended and actual performance and the perceived discrepancy. The concept of job satisfaction can be defined as the difference between the quantum of rewards received by employees and the amount they believe they should receive. The main objective of this study is to explain different dimensions of job satisfaction on the basis of a systematic review. This review study was accomplished through a broad and extensive review of literature.
