This paper aims to highlight the attitude of new generation managers and teachers regarding the applicability of this expert knowledge in their respective areas of work for strategic advancement. The survey was conducted among 100 managers and 100 teachers selected at random. The result of the survey was surprising. Teachers, who were not even aware of this personality and his expertise, showed a positive inclination towards the application of these principles for their career growth alike that of the managers, majority of whom knew about Dr. Edward Deming and his principles. The survey was useful in highlighting the relevance of applying the Deming’s System of Profound Knowledge and 14 Point Philosophy among the teachers’ folk just in the same way, it is done among managers. This survey report would prove fruitful for those educational institutions that would take notice of this matter and initiate and monitor its application, among teachers and thereby help the teachers to achieve a competitive advantage which would ultimately help the institution to flourish in today’s strategic environment.<#LINE#>The Classroom (2007).@The Teacher Role: The Manager.@Word Press, Retrieved from https://fm44.wordpress.com /2007/12/23/the-teacher-role-the-manager/ Accessed on Jan-May 2016.@No$Éva Ujlakyné Szucs (2009).@The role of teachers in the 21st Century.@Sens Public, Revue Web, Retrieved from http://www.sens-public.org/article667.html?lang=fr Accessed on 2016.@Yes$Gill Eric (2013).@What is your teaching style? 5 effective teaching methods for your classroom.@Concordia University, Oregon, USA, Retrieved from http://education. cu-portland.edu/blog/teaching-strategies/5-types-of-classroom-teaching-styles/ Accessed on Jan.-May 2016.@No$Tack Lanier Judith (1997).@Redefining the role of the teacher: It’s a multi faceted profession.@a closer look at what being an educator means.@Yes$Adrian Geering (2016).@The Changing Role of Managers.@Adrian Geering, Blog, Retrieved from http://www.adriangeering.com/blog-detail.php?The-Changing-Role-of-Managers-9 Accessed on June-July 2016.@No$Subba Rao M. and Srinivasulu R. Failure of any bank creates contagion effect in the economy. Therefore, it is very important to measure financial performance of banking sector. The performance was mostly measured by profitability. The profitability affected by various determinants, which can be fairly categorized into Macroeconomic determinants and internal determinants. Macroeconomic determinants are very important because they impact the financial performance of banks but they are not under the control of banks. Banks’ management will able to understand the significant external determinants and modified their strategic decisions in such a way that optimal performance can be achieved. The aim of the present study was to examine the impact of Macroeconomic determinants on the profitability of listed commercial banks of India for period from 2009-2010 to 2014-2015. Bank profitability measures were considered as: Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE). Gross Domestic Product (GDP), Interest Rate and Inflation were used as independent variables to analyze the impact on the dependent variable i.e., ROA and ROE of listed Indian Commercial Banks. All listed commercial banks in were taken as a sample except one banks due unavailability of data. Total 39 listed banks were considered for present study. Correlation and Multiple Regression Analysis were used. The empirical findings revealed that GDP, Interest Rate and Inflation all the three Macroeconomic determinants have an insignificant positive impact on profitability of listed commercial Indian banks.<#LINE#>Ongore V.O. and Kusa G.B. An individual having high emotional intelligence shows greater ability to perceive and understand his own and other’s emotions and possess the ability to manage and regulate his emotions in stressful situations. Many previous studies reported that emotional intelligence plays a vital role in individual and organizational success in modern work environment. The present research study focused on exploring the impact of demographic variables namely age, experience and gender on the level of emotional intelligence. This was a descriptive and exploratory research study. Population of the study comprised of all the employees working in private sector banks located in Madhya Pradesh. 160 employees were selected using convenient sampling method for sample of the study. Data was collected using Wong and Law Emotional Intelligence Scale (WLEIS) and a demographic schedule containing information about employees. SPSS 18.0 was used to analyze data. Many statistical tools such as cronbach alpha reliability test, t-test and ANOVA were used to make findings. Results of the study showed that employees working in private sector banks possess moderate level of emotional intelligence. In addition, age and experience significantly influence the employee’s level of emotional intelligence. On the other hand, no significant difference exist between male and female’s level of emotional intelligence.<#LINE#>Salovey P. and Mayer J.D. The enrollment in Indian higher education system has grown quickly. Particularly the Ph.D. enrollments increase almost thrice in last one decade. The coordination and maintenance of standard and quality of research in higher education is a statutory responsibility of University Grant Commission. The University Grant Commission has been taken several initiatives to implement the standard and quality of research in higher education. To conducting any research on social science issue there is an ethical responsibility of the researcher to do the work honestly and with integrity. If research work is not undertaken honestly, then it will be essentially fraudulent. There are number of reasons why it is important to follow to ethical norms in research particularly in social sciences research. The norms promote the aims of research, such as knowledge, truth, and avoidance of error. For example, prohibitions against fabricating, falsifying, or misrepresenting research data promote the truth and minimize error. This research paper is a descriptive in nature. It will discuss the general ethical consideration while conducting a social sciences research. How to promote ethical conduct in social Sciences research? It will also discuss the problem of Obfuscation and plagiarism in social research. This paper is based on the secondary data and literature. In the common context, Churn is synonym for anxiety or turnover. In the corporate context, it generally denotes subscriber turnover. Churn is commonly pronounced of in a telecommunication context, where it refers to the propensity of mobile phone subscribers to switch the service providers. The existence of any business is based on its skill to retain the subscribers. Enormous amount of money is spent to obtain a new subscriber in most telecom industries and it is more costly to add a new subscriber rather than to hold a prevailing one. When a subscriber leaves, service providers not only lose the prospect revenue but also the capitals they spend to obtain the subscriber at primary stage. The core goal of this research is to learn various fundamental concepts of subscriber churning.<#LINE#>INFORMR (2015).@brief history telecommunications.@Informr, http://theinformr.com/features/brief-history-telecommuni-cations/.
