The progression starts with birth and continues through the end. During this process individual builds the personality traits. Every individual have distinctive qualities that we can see the differences on their personality. These traits are connected with the personality components and the reflection to the outside world. The aim of this paper is to explore the relations between five factor personality traits and individual performance. Two surveys were used in order to measure and assess the five factor personality traits and individual performance. The survey conducted on 300 employees of a public sector institution in Ankara. 123 of them were used. Data, acquired from surveys analyzed through the SPSS statistical packaged software. Currently banks have amassivepart in determining the economic fate of any state. Nowadays having a strong banking system is very important for all countries. A selection criterion of Islamic banking clients in Pakistan is examined under this study. All the customers of Islamic banks in Pakistan are the population of the study whereas the sample of the study is the Islamic banking customers in Lahore. Convenient sampling technique was applied to choose sample for this study. Data was collected through Questionnaire. Data is analyzed through descriptive statistics and independent sample T test using SPSS v-16.Cronbach Alpha was found satisfactory which was discovered to find reliability of the data. The results of Independent Sample t-test has examined there is no significance difference in the selection criteria for Islamic banking among the customers on the basis of Gender. The results show that people select Islamic banks because it deals in low cost products and services as compared to conventional banks. Also it is obvious from the results that people choose Islamic banks because it delivers better and vide range of products as compared to conventional banks. In this paper, it has been examined that the risk taking behavior considers various socio-economic characteristics like income, age, gender, occupation, education and marital status. This study is carried across different communities (i.e., Ismaili, Memon, Hindu, Sheikh, Delhi Sodagran, Chinioiti, Behari and others). Survey method is used to collect the primary data through snowball sampling. 200 respondents participated in the survey. For hypothesis testing chi-square test is applied in SPSS and results reveal that marital status, age, income, education and occupation is significantly associated with risk taking behavior whereas gender has no association with risk taking behavior.
