For conducting the research, data was collected through convenience sampling of 109 respondents through descriptive research design technique. Later the data was analysed and the hypothesis was tested by using multiple regression technique. The result shows that among the various sales promotion tools: offer, premium and contest are the most influencing variables for consumer purchase decision.<#LINE#> @ @ Dotson M. J. Study design: A descriptive study design was adopted to capture the existing Computer workstation arrangements as rated by the IT employees belonging to the Information Technology Industries in India. Materials and Methods: IT Professionals (N=120) belonging to the Programming and Software developmental division of the Information technology Industries located at two metropolitan cities in India were formed the population of this study. A Self-administered questionnaire was used to capture employee’s opinion on the computer workstation arrangements. A Six-Sigma Analytical tool using Poisson principle was employed to capture the level of Satisfaction of the employees about the various features of Computer Station arrangements. Results: The non-conformance rate per respondent (DPU) was calculated to find out the chance for the person to be totally satisfied with the existing computer workstation arrangements and the corresponding PPM (Parts per million defectives) was also determined using the Normal distribution table. The outcome of this study provided a Sigma rating for each component of the computer workstation and accordingly, a Six Level Quality rating system for the Human-Computer interface was developed. Conclusion: This study provided a Quantitative data-driven Quality rating system for the computer workstation arrangements prevailing in the Indian IT Set up. The study provided warning sign to the Policy planners and the Facility managers of Indian IT setup to take appropriate steps to provide better Physical working environment for the employees. <#LINE#> @ @ Arun Vijay S., Work-related Musculoskeletal Health problems among the Information Technology Professionals in India: A prevalence Study, International Journal of Management Research and Business Strategy, 1(2), 118-128 (2013) @No $ @ @ WHO, Identification and control of work-related diseases. However, due to heavy dependency on electronic and digital tools to carry out business and payment transactions, a serious threat has also been imposed to the safety and reliability of financial operations. Along with the growing trend of online and cyber transactions, the number of banking scams has also been on the rise affecting more and more people using banking technology tools. Frauds with online payments, ATM machines, electronic cards and net banking transactions have become a serious issue. Huge loss of money of people and institutions is caused every year due to these cyber frauds in banking firms, even after tight security measures in electronic transaction. Banks themselves have been found to be involved in fraudulent practices in a big way causing their customers enormous losses. This study is an effort to review and analyze the subject in Indian context with a comparative touch between private and public sector banks in the country. <#LINE#> @ @ Siddharth Tak, Cyber frauds raise their ugly head yet again, Zee Research Group. Whatever may be the quality or productivity of the production floors, the factory merchandising section will not be able to build up a good business relationship with the buyer if they fail to timely dispatch quality samples to buyers. The samples produced at the sample section, are vital parameters through which the buyers judge the highlighting performances of the factory. When they do not receive samples timely and without adequate quality, they get frustrated with the factory or with the factory merchandising team, which results to the cancellation of the orders or the declination in rewarding future orders to that factory. These can really affect the overall factory economy. The goal of these articles is to find out the Sample Section dilemma and formulate possible as well as applicable solutions, which will save the factory from loosing potential orders from renowned customers (buyers).<#LINE#> @ @ Lummus R.R., Vokurka J. and Rodeghiero B., Improving quality through Value Stream Mapping: a case study of a physician’s clinic, Total Quality Management, 17(8),1063-1075 (2006) @No $ @ @ Abdulmalek F.A. and Rajgopal J., Analyzing the benefits of Lean Manufacturing and Value Stream Mapping via simulation: a process sector case study, International Journal of Production Economics, 107, 223-36 (2007) @No $ @ @ Hines P., Rich N. and Esain A., Value stream mapping–a distribution industry application, Benchmarking International Journal, 6(1), 60-77 (1999) @No $ @ @ www.mister-wong.com/users/258374111/ - United States (2013) @No $ @ @ freedownloadbooks.net/5s-system-pdf-ppt-ppt.html. In the era of wireless technologies which are available in mobile, PDA, Laptop as well as in any PC (personal computer), anyone can get access anywhere- anytime. So we can say it wireless communication which may be called as anywhere- anytime communication. Due to this type of communication, it is very easy to access as well as transfer the information from anywhere-anytime. Today Information technology has connected the whole world on a one land which is called as electronic network land. This land has enabled two types of commerce: i. E-commerce, ii. M-commerce. The M-commerce has enriched the global market and advanced the whole business scenario. The business suddenly moved from regional land to global land because of access and reach of E-commerce and M-commerce. M-commerce is one of the derived technology from E-commerce. E-commerce is the mother of M-commerce. But the question comes up to the enterprise that whether enterprise architectures and designs are able to secure our e-business? Concerning the issues related to the above question I have found one key solution for it which would be capable of handling the issues of security of data assets beyond the enterprise boundaries. Now the concept as well as the approach for the security issue is E-security. But How? So we will find out also the solution for this question. Strategy and the solution need to be addressed in a more fundamental way than firewalls, SSL or PKI. <#LINE#> @ @ Santosh K.
