So, reviewing the literature and experts’ ideas was used to indentify factors related customer satisfaction. Then a survey was conducted in due to classify and rank the factors. In the phase of identifying factors, study population was consisted of managers and experts who are active in carpet industry and in part of classification and ranking of factors affecting customer satisfaction, study population consisting of people who have come to branches of Sahand carpet co. in Gorgan city and have bought carpet. Questionnaire was used to collect data. SPSS software was used for data analysis and showed that the durability and perseverance are the most important factor and classified in must-be requirement. It emphasizes to find out the significance of on-boarding process in work dimensions of employees, based on various terms of gender difference and grade at different levels of employees. The sample consists of 50 employees. The on-boarding questionnaire was developed by team of students for the investigation of the study. The means, SDs and the mean differences are employed for the investigation of the study. Study results revealed that both male and female teacher trainee has basic concept about noise and it is non-significant among them (p0.05). About 50.36% of respondents argued that noise induced hearing loss can happen when noise level greater 85 dB. For many operations in various stages of textile productions, in order to produce various sorts of textile products, starting from raw fiber to RMG (Ready Made Garments), especially for the textile dyeing and washing mills, water plays very important roles. As a result, we notice a lot of composite textile mills by the side of many water-bodies, especially rivers, lakes, canals, drains, etc. When rivers are polluted by the wastes of the textile industries, it harms / disturbs the eco-system in various destructible ways. The environment as well as seasonal climate is vastly dependent upon the balance of the eco-system. Moreover, textile products as well as clothing are also very important for human beings. So, the textile industry managers should take the responsibility to improve eco-friendly status of the wastages released from their industry. Measuring quality of Higher Education Institution (HEI) is complex. Blind inference of statistical data may lead to a biased judgment. Too many measures and unavailable data tend to make the Ranking process fragile against the ever growing stake older demands. To establish a world class. The growing interest on measuring effectiveness of Higher Education Institution is testimony to the recognition that excellence is not only about achieving outstanding results but also addressing increasing stakeholder needs and catering specific learning needs of diverse student population. As going by International ranking systems, US, UK, Germany, Japan, Australia and few other countries occupy the top 200 universities. The chance for Indian Universities to make it to the league is very narrow. This paper is in a motive to improve the standards of the Indian HEI Ranking System to foster creation of world class universities in India. The parameters used by HEI ranking systems with international reach are analyzed and are studied against the principal components used by Indian ranking system. Their objective is to maximize income through the best crop combinations subject to resource constraints. These farmers often use traditional methods like trial and error, instinct and experience to solve this problem. This does not guarantee optimal results. In this paper, a linear programming planning model was developed to address the problem. The goal of the objective function was to maximize the gross income subject to land and labor constraints. The linear programming model solved the resource allocation problem. The linear programming problem was solved using Microsoft Excel (2007) a computer application software package and the results obtained were tabled. The optimal plan was developed for a farmer without restrictions on capital. The results obtained by the use of the linear programming model were compared with the results obtained from existing farm plans. The land allocation criteria obtained by using the linear programming model yielded more income than from traditional methods often used by rural farmers to handle the resource allocation problem.
