Impulse buying happens when one gets caught up in the hype of a situation and buys something without thinking much about it. Impulse items may be new products, samples or well-established products at unexpected low prices. Research findings suggest that emotions and feelings play a decisive role in purchasing, triggered by seeing the product or upon exposure to a well crafted promotional message, such purchases ranges from small products (chocolate, clothing, magazines etc.) to substantially large (jewellery, vehicle, work of art etc.) products. This paper is an attempt to find the impact of communication mix that effects customer impulse buying behaviour in non-durables in the city of Indore, a buzzing mercantile city of the state of Madhya Pradesh in India. The impact of various impulse buying factors like advertising, sales and promotions, personal selling, public relations, direct marketing on customer impulse buying behaviour has been analyzed. <#LINE#> @ @ Businessdictionary.com. The e-governance has developed the concept and strategies of e-filing of income tax return through the internet. Thus the income tax department has facilitated the taxpayers with defining the provisions to be followed, which can be filed and how to file the income tax for the benefit of tax payers as well as the Government. Now there are 92 intermediaries performing this function in 61 cities throughout India. The e-filing of income tax returns has its own limitations like, slow processing, frequent crashes etc., but, the government has taken necessary steps like, employing 5000 unemployed people to perform as tax return preparers after getting training from NIIT. They will perform in 100 centers in 80 cities across the country. For the best e-filing, the government is modifying provisions every year for the convenience of both beneficiaries. <#LINE#> @ @ Hite and McGill, Tax spends, what causes what: International Journal of Business (1992) @No $ @ @ Kalyani, A study of tax planning of salaried employees in Coimbatore city (1992) @No $ @ @ Kennedy Henry, A, Publisher: The Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants Publication Name: CA Magazine, Subject: Business, ISSN: 0317-6878 (1992) @No $ @ @ Acharya Shaklendra and Gupta M.G., Tax planning under directed taxes ANOVA illustrated guide, Allahabad: Modern law house publications (1999) @No $ @ @ Anil Kumar Jain: Some aspects on income tax administrations in India. An individual’s personality tends to be both consistent and enduring. Although marketers cannot change consumers’ personalities to conform to their products, if they know which personality characteristics influence specific consumer responses, they can attempt to appeal to the relevant traits inherent in their target group of consumers. Even though consumers’ personalities may be consistent, their consumption behavior often varies considerably because of the various psychological, sociocultural, environmental and situational factors that affect behavior. Therefore In this research using factor analysis the formation of cosmetics personality is identified. <#LINE#> @ @ Adams G.R., Physical Attractiveness Research, Toward a Developmental Social Psychology of Beauty, Hum. On the basis of previous literature a model was developed and tested having a sample size of 400 students studying in different educational institutions of India. Mean score of different items were found followed by two step regression analysis. Research findings divulge that Indian customers have adequate exposure to print and broadcast media but television advertising is preferred. Indians have concern about their environment and are intend to buy green products. In fact studies further suggest that Indians are among the greenest friendly countries. Indian customers are pragmatic and advertisers should include maximum information about the product while devising green advertising strategies. The current study has been conducted with small sample size. Besides that the use of students sample may not be an adequate representative of the general population. The skipping of internet and outdoor advertising further limits the scope of the paper. This paper will provide marketers a new insight to comprehend the market of India. It also endows the researchers with understanding of emerging Indian customers attitudes towards green products. <#LINE#> @ @ Ottm N.J., Green Marketing: Challengs and opportunities for the new marketing age, McGraw-Hill, New York (1993) @No $ @ @ Ottman J.A., Stafford E.R. and Hartman C.L., Avoiding green marketing myopia: ways to improve consumer appeal for environmentally preferable products, Environment, 48, 22-36 (2006) @No $ @ @ Ginsberg J.M. and Bloom P., Choosing the right green marketing strategy, MIT Sloan Management Review, 46 (2004) @No $ @ @ Conolly J. and Prothero A., Sustainable consumption” Consumption, Consumers and the commodity discourse, 4,275-291 (2003) @No $ @ @ D.Souza C., Taghian M., Lamb P. and Perotiatkos R., Green products and corporate strategy: an empirical investigation, Society and Business Review, 1, 144-157(2007) @No $ @ @ Lee K., Opportunities for green marketing: young consumers, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, 26, 573-586 (2008) @No $ @ @ Mathur L.K. and Mathur I., An analysis of the wealth effects of green market strategies, Journal of Business Research, 50, 193-200 (2000) @No $ @ @ Ong D. and Phau I., An investigation of effects of environmental claims in promotional message for clothing brands, Marketing Intelligence and Planning, 25, 772-788 (2007) @No $ @ @ Crane A., Facing the backlash, green market and strategic reorientation in the 1990s, Journal of Strategic Marketing, 8, 277-296 (2000) @No $ @ @ Grace D. and Ocass A., Brand associations: looking through the eye of the beholder, Qualitative Market Research, 5, 96-111 (2002) @No $ @ @ Goldsmith E.R., Lafferty A.B. and Newell J.S, The impact of corporate credibility and celebrity credibility on consumer reaction to advertisements and brands, Journal of Advertising, 29, 43-54 (2000) @No $ @ @ Andrews, J.C., The dimensionality and beliefs towards advertising in general, Journal of Advertising, 18, 26-35 (1989) @No $ @ @ Commins D., Creative failures”, Ad/Media, 7, 35-45 (1996) @No $ @ @ Smith E.R., Yang X. and Chia, L., Toward a general theory of creativity in advertising: Examining the role of divergence, Marketing theory 7, No 31. @No $ @ @ Smit E.G., Mass Media Advertising: Information or Wallpaper. The study covers 65 senior secondary schools encompassing 100 respondents of West Bengal. It has proven that adoption of ICT as a strategic management tool is a welcome sign for all the surveyed schools. The study result indicates that ICT was successful in predicting the future of new technology for the purpose of teaching-learning and transaction of curriculum and thereby enhancing quality of education. The ‘Kendell’s Coefficient of Concordance’ shows a significant association between ICT and quality of education. The study result revealed a close association among the factors like ‘relative advantage’ of ICT and quality of education. It is interesting to note that no gender disparity exists of effects of ICT on quality of education. However, the magnitude of quality of education lies in its ability to organize ICT through establishment of proper infrastructure in the school. This study also showed how ICT has received extensive recognition as a strategy for upgradation of quality of education through acquired relative advantage, compatibility, demonstrability and image by overcoming the factors avoidance and complexities of new technology (ICT). <#LINE#> @ @ Mondal Naba Kumar and Roy Moupriya, Integration of ICT in Secondary Education: A Survey Report, J.
