Electrophoretic banding patterns were estimated at the three gene enzyme systems by using polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE).Eight loci with fourteen alleles were observed during the present study. Genetic variation of allozymes is influenced by environmental variations. In the present study exceptEST-1 and EST-3 in seasonal cycle 01and ACPH-1seasonal cycle 02 reveal inbreeding which is depicted by the higher Fst values than Fis values. Thus it seems that the house fly populations analyzed showed high level of inbreeding. By comparing Nei’s genetic distance (D) and identity (I) values it was found that there is a close similarity between summer and rainy season collections in seasonal cycle 01 and winter and rainy season in seasonal cycle 02.<#LINE#>Lewontin, R. The present study was taken up in five selected villages located around the Loktak lake namely Komlakhong, Khordak, Laphupat Tera, Thanga and Ithing to make a comparative assessment of the traditional and their replacement (modern) fishing crafts and gears used by the people living in the periphery of Loktak lake using a questionnaire survey. It was observed that in Komlakhong village 6 types of traditional crafts and gears used by the people were replaced by 6 other new modern crafts and gears, in Khordak 17 traditional crafts and gears were replaced by 14 modern crafts and gears, in Laphupat Tera 10 traditional crafts and gears were replaced by 10 modern crafts and gears, in Thanga 14 traditional crafts and gears were replaced by 14 modern crafts and gears and in Ithing village 10 types of traditional crafts and gears were replaced by 8 modern crafts and gears. With the development of new technology the traditional crafts and gears were replaced by modern ones. Still many people are relying on the primitive traditional crafts and gears. Though traditional crafts and gears were found declining but they are cheap, made up of locally easily available materials and does not degrade the lake ecosystem. Degree College Shahpur in the north western Himalayan region of India. It was performed in the department laboratory of Zoology at Govt. Degree College Shahpur during the period Sept.-Dec., 2021. 50 undergraduate sample students were included in the present research following systematic random sampling. Antigen-antibody agglutination was performed by slide method to find out the ABO and Rh-D blood groups amongst the sample students. Rheumatoid arthritis is an auto immune disorder which followed by inflammation and disorder in function also causes depression. By using anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressants together it can be treated. These drugs possess high fatal risk as they have not targeted to the receptor site and thus it shows severe adverse effects. Due to low bioavailability of these drugs, the drug candidates are potentially used in too high doses which causes adverse effects. In order to overcome these adverse effects, to increase the bioavailability and also to induce sustain release targeted drug delivery system may considered to be useful. The valid botanical name, family, local names in Hindi, other Indian languages and Sanskrit as mentioned by Ainslie himself and biogeographical affiliations examined after close scrutiny of relevant taxonomic literature, habital category and status w.r.t. wildness or cultigen are provided in the Table-I. As many as 146 species belonging to 127 genera and 64 families of angiosperms are revealed. The dicotyledons, herbaceous flora and cultigens had a major share in bioinvasion prior to the 18th century in India. They are represented by both worlds, new as well as old. However, the alien species from the New World (American Continent) are numerically maximum (57 species), while the Asian (Excl. Indian), African and European represented in a descending order respectively by 32, 30 and 19 species. The other regions contributed by a few alien species only.
