@Research Paper <#LINE#>Clinical and Pathomorphological profile of Marek\'s Disease in layer Fowl<#LINE#>El Tigani-Asil @E.A. <#LINE#>1-6<#LINE#>1.ISCA-RJAVFS-2016-004.pdf<#LINE#>Department of Veterinary Medicine, Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine, Qassim University, Saudi Arabia Department of Pathology, Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Nyala, Sudan<#LINE#>26/1/2016<#LINE#>7/2/2016<#LINE#>The study aims to investigate Marek\'s disease (MD) incidence rate among the morbidus clinical layer fowl using, clinical examination, necropsy and histopathological profile. Clinically and necropsy examination of birds showed sever nervous signs similar to those of MD without evidence of any pathognomic nervous lesion, while acute diffused lymphomatosis were demonstrated in the visceral organs. Furthermore, histopathological pleomorphic lymphoproliferations detected in the visceral organs were confirmed MD infection with 27.3% incidence rate of the clinical and pathological examined layers. According to these findings further investigation of the disease with final diagnosis of the virulent serotypes in the study area is needed for control polices.<#LINE#>Hablolvarid M.H. However, intensive farm management with fish feed supplement and high input cost stands as key barrier against fish productivity optimization. So, development of low-cost feed input for enhancement of farmed fish production becomes an important researchable issue in intensive aquaculture. In that context, mass propagation and supplementing live fish feed have received worldwide attention and have been playing a vital role as larval diet of fin and shell fishes in general. The Cladoceran like Moina spp, Daphnia spp. etc. have already been explored as living capsule of nutrition for many cultivable fishes. Being in second trophic level in aquatic ecosystem, this group of animal transfer energy both primary producers and detrital masses to the fin and shell fish supporting their growth and development.
