Abstract

Ion solvent interaction measurements of Eusol in diethylether and acetaldehyde have been carried out for the study of solute-solvent interaction. Various acoustic parameters (intermolecular free length, isentropic compressibility, specific acoustic impedence, molar sound velocity, apparent molal adiabatic compressibility, relative association and solvation number) have been evaluated using ultrasound velocity data. The results were discussed in the light of solute-solvent interaction between the molecules.
