Abstract

Thin films of copper selenide have been prepared by chemical bath deposition method on a glass substrate at room temperature. The structural, optical and electrical properties of the films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, optical microscopeand spectrophotometer. The XRD pattern indicates that this film was crystallized in the structure. The band gap energy was found to be both direct and indirect. The results are analyzed and discussed.
