Abstract

To resolve the never ending conflict between existence and non existence of the phenomenon called "Consciousness", I suggest a simple technical verification device. A technical facility is conceived to measure and record electrically produced graph or tracing of electrically stimulated signal around 5Hz Theta wave and above, by Non local Consciousness. This device is intended to be installed in an Operation Theater. This experimental set up is called Inverse Theta Wave (ITWvd) verification device.
