Abstract

Synthesis of N2-(4-(2-amino-3-(aryl substituted)2-substituted dinitro phenyl) pyrazolinphenyl)-N4,N6-bis(4-methoxyphenyl) -1,3,5-triazin-2,4,6-triamine1-(4-(4,6-Bis(4-chlorophenylamino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylamino)-phenyl)-3-(aryl substituted) prop-2-en-1-one 3 has been used as precursor to synthesize some new pyrazoline, isoxazoline and derivatives. Several derivatives have been synthesized and evaluated for their antimicrobial efficacy against Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, antifungal activity antifungal activity Penicillium citrinum, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus niger, PC-model computational studies.
